MetaSolv Appserver (Weblogic Server) Is Not Starting After Restart. Getting Fatal Exception: "<BEA-000342> <Unable to initialize the server:" (Doc ID 1966033.1)

Symptoms


MetaSolv Application server is not starting after a scheduled restart. MetaSolv logs shows following errors:
