Symptoms

When attempting to open a Primavera P6 Project in Primavera Risk Analysis the following error occurs.

ERROR

Login to failed for user admin
Please check you have entered the correct information and that the services are running on the remote machine.

Error:
Code = 80041b5b
Code meaning = IDispatch error #6491
Source = P3eIntegration.P3eJLink.1
Description = error - Failed to call connect.

LOG ERROR
-----------------------
Login failed due to invalid user name or password.

The above LOG ERROR also occurs when executing the Primavera Web Service Login Authentication operation.
