On : 5.1 version, OWS Performance Issues
Weekly noticed slowness while using the application. This occurs normally when many jobs like weekly processed have finished. Then the application does not restore normal speed until the agents of each machine is restarted, but when they are restarting some agents are frozen and you must start them manually.
