Symptoms
Final-Unit-Indicator (FUI) is being sent even though there are resources. The scenario is a subscriber with two buckets one with Data and the other one with currency, the expected scenario is that when the data bucket is depleted, the subscriber should use its currency bucket for data. What is happening is that when the Data bucket is depleted, OCMC sends FUI to the network so the network does not send any more RSU causing the session to end.
