Symptoms

On : 8.4.3.0 version, P6 PPM DB Install, Setup, Config Tools

When attempting to connect to a P6 database using SQLlite the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to connect to the database
Database connection returned error: Database "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\PPMDBSQLite.db" does not exist

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use P6.
