Ct experience the affect result of processing lead time is too long than expected when profile option 'MSO: Use Shift Definitions When Scheduling Lead Times' is set to 'Yes'.

For example, if manufacturing calendar is 8 hours -- 1 shift and post processing is 2 days, it will consider 48 hours / 8 hours = 6 days from dock date to due date.
