Resource Manager Client Is Hanging/Frozen For All Users Due to Database Performance (Doc ID 1966736.1)

Early in the day, the system encountered network issues reported by 'broken pipe' in the logs.  During this time, the postbox table grew in size and delays were seen processing order updates.  Connectivity was later restored and the system functioned normally.  However, the RM client is not functioning for any user.  After login, the client loads data and then freezes and nothing can be done.

All ORS processes on all servers in all regions (such as smauto, Switch, Gateway, GuiServer) have been reviewed and no issues have been found.
