IWC 2 & 3: Invitation Responses Are Not Reset After An Event Cloning (Doc ID 1966884.1)

Symptoms

Issue seen with:  Convergence 2  patch 7 and Convergence 3.

The Invitee response is seen in the cloned event.

Steps to duplicate the issue:
1. UserA created an event and invited User B
2. UserB is not set to AUTO Accept
3. UserB now accepts the event
4. UserA clones the event
Result:  UserB is in the accepted stage in the cloned event. This should not be the case.
