Left (first) column on a zone does not display after clicking on the History back button

In CCB 22.214.171.124, on a zone, the left (first) column disappears after clicking on the History back button.
Zone type is set to F1-DE-SINGLE.
However, in the zone parameters, if set the parameter of "Display Row Number Column" to true, there will be no such issue.
