User Access Control Feature Is Not Working after Upgrade, 12.2.4 to

As part of CRP we wanted to test new feature 'User Access Control' and found that it is not working as expected. This feature has been introduced in Release 12.2.4.

We observed following issues:

  1. After a user is logged out of CWB (by Disable User step of the Workflow configured) the same user is able to re-login into CWB during the lockout/ outage window. We tested with 4 users and found same issue for all those users.
  2. Even if e-mail option is selected in the Message step (and E-mail ID is populated in user definition) still users are not receiving e-mail.
