BALANCES Tag In Bucket Expiry EDR Does Not Reflect Entire Balance Value

Symptoms
On Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 5.0.2, in a EDR type 3 from a Bucket expiration, the BALANCES tag displays the value of the expired Bucket whereas we expect to display the total balance of the corresponding Balance Type (the SUM of all bucket values).
Example 1 with General Cash having 3 buckets :
Bucket id Value Expiry
1 1000 (today)+50 days
2 1500 (today)+7 days
3 2500 (today)+0 day
1 1000 (today)+50 days
2 1500 (today)+7 days
3 2500 (today)+0 day
Bucket id 3 expires and the VWS generates a EDR type 3 for this event, today it looks like :
