On : 12.2.4 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales Orders collected via Legacy Collections do not appear in plan

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Sales Orders to show in the plan output

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(1) Sales Orders are Collected via Legacy Collections.
(2) Sales Orders exist in MSC_SALES_ORDERS table. Customer_id, Ship_to_site_use_id and bill_to_site_use_id are present and align with the records in MSC_TRADING_PARTNERS and MSC_TRADING_PARTNER_SITES.
(3) Plan Options: Organizations Tab, Organization Section has the 'Include Sales Orders" checkbox checked for all orgs.
(4) Confirm Sales order in "View Collected Data"
(5) Launch Plan: Confirm that the Sales Orders do not exist as demand in plan.
