PSR Print fails with Argus J.Database Exception error

When a PSR (PMDA Periodic Safety Report) (安全性定期報告) is printed as draft, the Background Periodic Report job ends as 'Error' ('エラー') Status.
In the CMN_ERROR_LOG table, the following record is recorded when this issue occurs.
PROGRAM Column: AG_batch_periodic_rep.exe
ERROR_TEXT Column: Argus J.Database Exception :- Error while generating report Reg_Report_ID:<rep-id> Report Generation Failed:Contact your system administrator
* <rep-id> part is number value of internal report_id.
* AG_batch_periodic_rep.exe file is a copy of AGProc.exe file.
