ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Date Field as disposition is not working with PCG FLow Rule

When we use any date field as one of the disposition ID the notification is not generated. The date is not being passed to the query.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

It is expected that the notification has to be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to EBS and Navigate to GRC Controls Responsibility.
2. Create a Trigger type Notification Flow rule with disposition id as date type.
3. Launch Flow.
4. Check the notification.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get expected notification.
