Unable To Publish Pricing Data Simultaneously To ECE And CRM Using BRM Eai_js (Doc ID 1967904.1)

From the Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) one is not able to publish pricing data simultaneously to Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using BRM eai_js out of the box (OOTB) payloadconfig xml's.

With ECE installation there is payloadconfig_ece_sync.xml, when we use this xml in infranet.properties of eai_js we are able to publish the payload that is compatible for ECE loading and the same payload is not compatible for CRM sync.

For CRM sync there is a payloadconfig_crm_sync.xml which is the OOTB one ,when we use this xml in infranet.properties of eai_js we are able to publish the payload that is compatible for CRM sync and the same payload is not compatible for ECE sync.

To sort this issue, we would require a single payloadconfig xml that should be compatible for both ECE and CRM sync.
