EGRC 8.6.5.6000 : On Weblogic, Access ETL/Synchronization Is Failing With "Scenario with id: 13154 failed - will set the job to failed" Error (Doc ID 1968186.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.6.5.6000 ( Build 8.6.5.6050) version, Application Access Control Governor: Synchronization

AACG is used to report segregation of duties(SOD) in the business applications. When attempting to run Access ETL for R12.2 Datasource the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.grc.common.job.JobExecutionException: oracle.apps.grc.sdm.odi.ODIManagerRuntimeException: Scenario with id: 13154 failed - will set the job to failed.

Caused by: oracle.apps.grc.sdm.odi.ODIManagerRuntimeException: Scenario with id: 13154 failed - will set the job to failed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.On GRC 8.6.5.6050 deployed on Weblogic 12c, define a Datasource in EGRC Application from Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasources.

2. Run Access Sychronization from Action->Access Synchronization.

3. Review the job status in Setup and Administration >Manage Jobs. It shows Errored.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Access Synchronization and subsequent control analysis. As Synchronization is first step to use application, users are not able to proceed with Application.
