ORA-00001 Error Occurs When Tax Exempt Operation is Performed on Pick Up Line Items (Doc ID 1968428.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service, when attempting to persist data into the TR_LTM_SLS_RTN_TX table when there is a tax exempt at the transaction level for a Pickup Sale Transaction, the following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

Order Initialization

1. Enter items A, B
2. Select all items and select F4 Item
3. Press F9 More and F6 pickup
4. Enter a Pickup date
5. On Sell Item screen, select F5 Transaction
6. Select F2 Tax and F4 Tax exempt
7. Select F6 Tender
8. F2 Cash

Order Pickup

1 Go to F6 Fullfillment -> Orders
2.Press F4 pickup and enter the orderID
3. Pickup the items and next
4. Press tender and complete transaction
