Redline Removed Bom Is Not Sorted by Item Number (Doc ID 1968747.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When removing a row under redline BOM table and trying to sort the table with item number, the removed row is not sorted. It is displayed either at top or bottom of the redline BOM table.

Expected Behavior
When removing a row under redline BOM table and trying to sort the table with item number, the removed row is sorted correctly.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. For example, suppose there is a following BOM.
YO000100
- YO000101
- YO000102
- YO000103
- YO000104
3. Create ECO and add YO000100 to affected item
4. In affected item, select YO000100 and go to Redline BOM tab.
5. In Redline BOM tab, remove YO000102
6. Click Item Number column to sort ascending
-> Removed line is shown at the top of rows
- YO000102 (removed)
- YO000101
- YO000103
- YO000104
7. Click Item Number column to sort descending
-> Removed line is shown at the bottom of rows
- YO000104
- YO000103
- YO000101
- YO000102 (removed)
