Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Agile PLM Product Portfolio Management Issues, Discussion & Action Items

Problem Statement:
Notify user does not appear in list of users to be notified.

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps.
1. User1 creates a discussion and notifies user2. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2}.
2. User2 replies to the discussion. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2}.
3. User3 joins the discussion. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2, user3}.
4. User1 replies to the discussion: user3 is not listed in the Notify List field of the reply.

Expected Behavior:
-----------------------
1. User1 creates a discussion and notifies user2. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2}.
2. User2 replies to the discussion. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2}.
3. User3 joins the discussion. Notify list on the discussion is now {user1, user2, user3}.
4. User1 replies to the discussion: user3 should be listed in the Notify List field of the reply.

Business Impact

The issue has the following business impact:
Discussions are an important way of collaborating on Projects. This functionality was working fine in Agile 9.2.2.3.
All users are affected and the system is already live.
