Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2016

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 7.3.x, you cannot see some tables in the Data Filter screen.  You already ran the Batch_Table_Class_Req program to classify your tables as described in <Document 1607248.1> "Tables Not Appearing In Data Filters Screen After Upgrade to OFSAAI 7.3/6.1".  Your tables are classified successfully.  The following SQL query returns a list that includes the tables:

SELECT DISTINCT REV_TABLE_CLASS_ASSIGNMENT.TABLE_NAME, REV_TABLES_TL.DISPLAY_NAME
FROM REV_TABLE_CLASS_ASSIGNMENT, REV_TABLES_TL,REV_TABLE_CLASSIFICATION_B
WHERE  REV_TABLE_CLASS_ASSIGNMENT.TABLE_NAME = REV_TABLES_TL.TABLE_NAME
AND REV_TABLE_CLASSIFICATION_B.CLASSIFICATION_FLG =1
AND REV_TABLE_CLASSIFICATION_B.TABLE_CLASSIFICATION_CD = REV_TABLE_CLASS_ASSIGNMENT.TABLE_CLASSIFICATION_CD
AND REV_TABLE_CLASS_ASSIGNMENT.VALIDATED_FLAG = 'Y'
ORDER BY REV_TABLES_TL.DISPLAY_NAME;

While some tables are listed in the screen, other tables, including your custom and user defined tables, are missing from the list in the Data Filter screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Master Maintenance
  2. Go to Filters
  3. Create a new Filter
  4. Click on the Data Element Selection button

In the screen that opens, no tables are listed.
