Sales Upload Fails With "ORA-30926: Unable to Get a Stable Set of Rows" Error (Doc ID 1970679.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.0.x, the sales process batch (salesprocess.ksh) fails with the following error when the supplier attached for the uploaded item has more than one term with enabled_flag = 'Y':


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load sales/return transaction for same item on three business days in ReSA (where supplier attached to the item has more than one term in TERMS_DETAIL table with enabled_flag = 'Y').
2. Export transactions to POSU file by executing saexprms.pc.
3. Assign a different thread (append to file name) for each business day.
4. Execute uploadsales_all.ksh and validate SVC_POSUPLD* tables.
5. Execute salesprocess.ksh (used below command)
      salesprocess.ksh $UP SQL_TRACE4 &
6. Validate SVC_POSUPLD_STATUS and records rejected with below errors:
     @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_SQL.WORK_TABLE_DENORMALIZE Process_id: 1 Chunk_id: 1
     @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_SQL.WORK_TABLE_DENORMALIZE Process_id: 2 Chunk_id: 1
     @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables@2CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_SQL.WORK_TABLE_DENORMALIZE Process_id: 3 Chunk_id: 1
7. Execute salesgenrej.ksh and generate rejection files.
