Goal

After purging the records using om_new_purge_pkg.do_or_schedule_purge procedure if you try to drop cartridge you will get following error:

[Error] Execution (24: 1): ORA-20114: Oracle runtime error. ORA-02292: integrity constraint (<SCHEMA_USER>.FK_OM_EVENT_DEF_01) violated - child record found
