Problems Starting Up Managed Servers (Doc ID 1970849.1)

Symptoms

Customer reported that they bounced the app server to remove stuck threads. However, neither of the two app server's is able to completely start.

 

Error in ${MSLVHOME}${SERVER_NAME}/appserver/logs/${SERVER_NAME}.mss.log during server start-up
