JSafe Errors Thrown when SSL is Invoked for the OBPUpdate WSDL (Doc ID 1980262.1)

On : 12.3 version, Enterprise Edition, integrated with OBP, using the OBP connector

When the property ‘periodic.process.ngpsubmit.wsdl’ in the Destination: OBPResultsUploader configuration of the Archiver references a WSDL that contains SSL (https), Documaker throws a ‘NoClassDefFoundError’ exception:

3604:oracle.documaker.ecmconnector.connectorapi.exceptions.FrameworkInitializationException: Required constructor execution failed - oracle.documaker.ecmconnector.ngpcomponents.archiveresults.NGPSubmitProcess - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/rsa/jsafe

ERROR-[oracle.documaker.process.ProcessShell]-[]-oracle.documaker.archiver.Archiver.initConnector:  Connector failed to initialize oracle.documaker.ecmconnector.connectorapi.exceptions.FrameworkInitializationException: Required constructor execution failed - oracle.documaker.ecmconnector.ngpcomponents.archiveresults.NGPSubmitProcess - Failed to access the WSDL at: https://<server>:8002/com.ofss.fc.webservice/services/content/DocumentApplicationService?WSDL. It failed with:
Got PKIX path building failed: unable to find valid certification path to requested target while opening stream from https://<server>:8002/com.ofss.fc.webservice/services/content/DocumentApplicationService?WSDL.
