New Window Menu Item is Disabled When the Active Window is Maximized (Doc ID 1980954.1)

Symptoms

In the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server 13.4.x Classic Client, the 'New Window' menu option is not available (i.e., window menu item is disabled) for read-only users unless the current window is not maximized.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into the domain as a read-only user using Classic Client.
  2. Build a workbook, then maximize the current window / worksheet.
  3. Notice that in the 'Window' menu, the option 'New Window...' is not active (i.e., not accessible).
