On : version, Standard reports

When attempting to run the standard user usage report, the following error occurs.

Application error
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into webclient
2) Execute the Standard report-->user usage report
