Error 'No data is available because your P6 username is not valid for connecting to the reporting database' When Attempting to Open the Reports Tab in P6 Web (Doc ID 1981444.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the P6 Reports page in P6 Web, the following error occurs:

No data is available because uour P6 username is not valid for connecting to the reporting database.

The following error may appear in the P6WebAccess.html log file (self-hosted customers):

oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.InvalidParametersException: PublicReportService::generateListOfItems Failure: Due to Folder Path [BI Domain Home]/config/bipublisher/repository/Reports] doesn't exist!

javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.InvalidParametersException: PublicReportService::generateListOfItems Failure: Due to Folder Path [/P6Reports] doesn't exist!
