APPLYCM CANNOT FIND SPL-MWM-2.2.0.1.1.JAR AFTER UPGRADING TO MWM 2.2.0.1.1 (Doc ID 1981521.1)

Symptoms

After applying <Patch 20119816> (V2.2.0.1.1 Package), ApplyCM is now encountering an error "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\ouaf\mwm\MWM220\etc\lib\spl-mwm-2.2.0.1.1.jar (The system cannot find the file specified)".

When checking the $SPLEBASE\etc\lib directory this jar file does not exist, it seems that the patch did not update the jar file to the correct version and therefore we are unable to apply any packages to the application.
