The Buttons "Reply", "Reply All" and Others Do Not Work (Doc ID 1981963.1)

Symptoms

The "Reply", "Reply All", "Write", "Forward" buttons are inactive. When a user clicks on any of these buttons, nothing happens in the User Interface (UI); no form is opened.

In the UI, the address book is shown with name "undefined" and contacts are not listed.

This issue is being seen with both Convergence 2p7 and Convergence 3p2.
