Symptoms

When running an Oracle Commerce ATG site with an Oracle Database, the following SQL is captured as one of the top queries in the "SQL ordered by Elapsed Time" and/or "SQL ordered by CPU Time" sections of an AWR report:

This has often been associated with customers running on RedHat JBoss Application Server but also reported when running on WebLogic.
