By default, a Convergence user can set the Mail Auto-Forwarding Option to forward mails to both External or Internal Domains.
The Convergence user clicks -> Options -> Mail -> Forwarding, checks the 'Enable automatic forwarding' option and keys in one or more mail addresses in the text box labelled 'Forward to:'. This would take any Mail Address(es), either External or Internal and would save the changes successfully when the user clicked on the 'Save Preferences' button.
However, there may arise a requirement where the users need to be restricted from auto-forwarding mails to External Domains.
The following is an example on how to ensure forwarding address is part of the local / company domain.
