Database migrated from ETPM2.3 SP2 to PSRM 2.4 SP1 . After Migrating the Database , security hash doesn't match for userids . All existing security codes are generated from WAS 7.1 and customer's new PSRM 2.4 is deployed on WAS 8.5.0.1 . After deleting and removing the codes from F_SECURITY_HASH column on SC_USER table , Some users are working and some are not working .
If you delete the users from database and re-create any users it works fine.
