Symptoms
Using a test client and connecting directly to a smsc_sim (SMSC simulator provided by Oracle), it can handle more than 500 Transactions Per Second (TPS) sms traffic and receive all delivery receipts.
But, when connected over OCSG to the same SMSC simulator, a good number of messages are sent but just a few delivery receipts are returned.
Sending a burst around 20 TPS, the application can receive all the delivery receipts. But, beyond 20 TPS, OCSG starts throwing a lot of error messages:
