In ORBO Adhoc Filter on Hourly Productivity Report, Cashier Filter Does Not Display Cashiers Created in ORPOS (Doc ID 1983137.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) Adhoc filter on Hourly Productivity report, the Cashier filter only displays cashiers from the EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHY_ASSN table.  Entries are made to this table only if the user/cashier is created in ORBO; it does not reflect users created in Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS).


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a user in Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS).
  2. Check for the user in EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHY_ASSN table. The user is not available in the EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHY_ASSN table.
  3. Users created from the Back Office (ORBO) application are available in the EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHY_ASSN table.  Hence they are displayed in the Cashier dropdown of the Adhoc filter.
