Message From Process Extension (PX) Is Not Shown On the Screen When Double Quotation Is Used (Doc ID 1983223.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to invoke a PX that returns a result string from the Actions menu, the message is not displayed when double quotation is used inside the result message.
Only the result on history tab shows the double quotes message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When attempting to invoke a PX that returns a result string from the Actions menu, the message will display double quotation inside the result message.
