Position Query Icon is not Aligned with Filter Status in Fusion Client (Doc ID 1983291.1)

Symptoms

In Fusion Client (FC), when moving the Position Query (PQ) driving dimension from Z-axis (i.e.slice area) to X-axis while the filter is turned ON, the PQ still executes where the filter is still ON. Moreover, moving that driving dimension back to the Z-axis, the filter is still ON however the PQ icon appears flat. If one or more driving dimensions are taken out of the Z-axis and placed in X or Y axes, associated position queries should not be executed. So, when the filter is still ON, the PQ icon should appear as depressed and not flat.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log through FC then open workbook and notice the filter is not applied (i.e. filter OFF) and the PQ icon is flat.
2. Click the PQ icon to turn the filter ON and notice that the PQ icon is depressed.
3. Move the driving dimension (e.g. ‘Product’) from Z-axis to X-axis.
4. Move back that dimension to Z-axis and notice that the filter is still ON however the icon is flat.
