Actual Behavior
Unable to add '*/'(asterisk+slash) to description of item that has pending change

Expected Behavior
Able to add '*/'(asterisk+slash) to description of item that has pending change

Steps
1. Login to Web Client
2. Create Part:P00001
3. Create ECO:C00001 and release
    Affected Item: P00001  Revision:R01
4. Create ECO:C00002 (keeps pending, not release)
    Affected Item: P00001  Revision:R02
5. Open P00001 rev=R01 and click Edit button in Title Block
6. Update Description
   Enter "test" and click Save -> Warning occurs  (expected behavior)
    This business object Part has one or more pending change orders. The modifications to the description can be applied to the pending change orders
   Enter "*/" and click Save -> Updating icon keeps running and unable to complete the save  (issue)
   Enter "test */" and click Save -> Updating icon keeps running and unable to complete the save  (issue)
7. Open P00001 rev=(R02)(->pending revision) and click Edit button in Title Block
8. Update Description
   Enter "test" and click Save -> Saved with no warning (expected behavior)
   Enter "*/"  and click Save -> Saved with no warning (expected behavior)
