Users are unable to access bid invitations. When clicking in Invite Bids, the following alert is presented to the users: "You cannot continue with bidding process as the Bid Access URL is not defined for the company"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Requests for Bid
2. Fill in the upper form
3. Click on the Invite Bids button
4. Notice the alert: "You cannot continue with bidding process as the Bid Access URL is not defined for the company"
