ORA-01437 Error In MetaSolv Solution Utilities (tbs_util.exe) (Doc ID 1983838.1)

Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution Utilities (tbs_util.exe) throws a "ORA-01437: cannot have join with CONNECT BY" error.

NOTE: The DB Health process completes after clicking OK to the error.  The utility properly compiles invalid objects.

Steps

1. Configure the database with _old_connect_by_enabled = true (required per MetaSolv Solution Doc ID 789163.1)

2. Access MetaSolv Solution Utilities (tbs_util.exe)

3. Click the DB Health button and the "ORA-01437: cannot have join with CONNECT BY" error is thrown when the Progress Meter is at 50% and states "Checking system tables - Synonyms"

Minor: The ORA-01437 error causes confusion.
