Issue With the LERG Loader That Relates to the Addresses Created for a Location

Symptoms
When the address contains more than a street number, street name and suffix, the LERG GUI is not properly passing the address elements to the loader.
It appears that when the address format contains more than just a basic address, <BLNG NUMBER> <STREET NAME> <FLOOR>, there is a problem with the parsing that causes the components to be sent to the loader as NULL. This results in a switch (and possibly a building) being defined with a incomplete address.
Expected Behavior:
The LERG utility would provide the proper updates to the application.
