Symptoms

On : 8.6.5 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

DataSource Test Connection Failed in GRC, When configured the Application datasource.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasources.
2. Create a datasource.
3. Save and Test Connection.

Due to this issue, users cannot create datasource and run ETL for the datasource.
