Symptoms
User is able to register in Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service (OUCSS) with an email address associated to another registered user. This also causes columns on the SS_USER table to become corrupted (i.e. columns contain invalid values causing serious issues with logging into OUCSS).
Changes
OUCSS Configuration option enable.email.validation must be set to "Y" to see this behavior.
