After creating a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) order in Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM) and ensuring that it is integrated successfully to Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), when receiving the ASN inbound message (ASNInCre message type) against that order with unexpected item, following error is thrown and message goes to RMS-RIB error hospital. It however gets consumed successfully in SIM.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create manually a DSD order with 2 items in SIM application and ensure that it is integrated successfully in RMS though RIB base flow.
  2. Prepare an ASN inbound script with ASNInCre message type and publish it to etASNIn topic including three items (one not included in the previous created order) and guaranty the same message is routed to both SIM and RMS.
  3. ASN inbound message fails to get consumed in RMS but it gets consumed successfully in SIM.
