When you perform a search from the IM Console Search tab and there are IM attachment results returned, you click the returned IM attachment result URL to view/access it
==> You will get HTTP 400/404 error.
If you perform the same search from Infocenter UI and get the same IM attachment results returned, you can click the returned IM attachment result URL to view/access it successfully without error.
