Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, while creating an order with an item having Value Added Tax (VAT), the "Total Cost Inclusive of Purchase Tax" field does not include VAT; it only included unit cost and landing costs.  We note that the actual order cost and TRAN_DATA_HISTORY records are all recorded correctly.  Only the form shows the incorrect calculation.
