Unable To Discover BRM Target In OEM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue is that one is unable to discover BRM Account Router In Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c:
Setup > Add Targets > Add Targets Manually > Add Targets Using Guided Process > Oracle Communications Applications Discovery > Add > selected the appropriate target for the BRM router > check BRM > filled in the appropriate details and clicked on Submit
After the above step, BRM Discovery is Failed with following error:
