- Click on the Load Analysis desktop icon, a logon window opens - user logs in.

- Next the application does not open up, however the application shows up on the task bar but still unable to access it.

- The problem may occur periodically.


- In one environment Dual monitors are used.

- In another environment a single monitor is being used.
