When testing the Cancel/Rebill/Freeze functionality in CCB, we found the behavior to be different in an integrated environment compared to a standalone CCB environment. When tested in the standalone CCB environment, when you navigate to the Bill Segments tab on the Bill page, and press the Cancel/Rebill/Freeze button, the status of original bill segments go to Canceled/Canceled after Completion and rebilled bill segments go to Frozen/Rebilled After Completion. However, in an CCB/MDM integrated environment, when you attempt the same type of Cancel/Rebill, the bill segments are not processed completely. The status of original bill segments go to Pending Cancel/ Canceled after Completion and rebilled segments go to Freezable/ Rebilled After Completion.
