SLEE Reports Alarm when SLEE Events are Increased : "Failed attempt to send event to a SleeApplicationInstance not in ACTIVE or QUIESSING status" (Doc ID 1987111.1)

Symptoms

It is necessary to modify the "MAX" paramters from the SLEE.cfg in order to support more traffic on a Service Logic Controler (SLC). This increases the Service Level Environment Execution (SLEE) CALL, DIALOG and EVENTs resources and therefore the SLEE general capacity.

This problem may happen when the MAX* parameters, increasing the maximum available number of SLEE CALLs, DIALOGs or EVENTs objects, are increased. The following alarm is returned :
