Account Creation Issue In OCSG 6.0

Symptoms
Unable to create account for 3rd party in OCSG 6.0.
Go to:
Container Services ->accountServices->ApplicationGroup and select addServiceProviderGroup
Fill the following fields:
1. ServiceProviderGroupIdentifier;
2. Properties; Leave the properties filed empty.
Click on 'invoke'
It returns '1' and does not create the Service Provider Group successfully.
Also, the addServiceProviderGroup operation with 'Properties' is always selected in the webconsole. It is not possible to select the one without 'Properties'.
